Manitoba Materials Conference

The Manitoba Materials Conference is an annual conference held at The University of Manitoba. This event brings together material science researchers across a number of disciplines in locally in the area and across the prairie regions. There are a number of academic and industry talks throughout the single day event with the theme of the conference this year being quantum science. Researchers have the opportunity to register to compete in a research poster competition as well as an microscopy image as art competition.
